1. Quarterly training in the 4 P’s of Leadership

Person, Pastor, Preacher and Pathfinder. Enhance your leadership skills and grow holistically as you pastor/lead your local church.

2. Weekly Ministry Moment emails

Stay inspired with our weekly Ministry Moment emails, providing practical ideas for effective ministry that you can implement in your church.

3. Conferences throughout the year

For example, specialized training to kickstart a powerful prayer ministry in your church.

4. Strategy for evangelistic outreach

We will assist you in developing a strategic plan for evangelistic outreach to help your church reach and impact more lives with the gospel.

5. Follow-up strategy for those reached with the gospel

We will equip you and your church with a simple, reproducible, and effective life-to-life follow-up strategy.

7. Transitional pastor training
